Unbeatably good and indispensable in cosmetics is the active ingredient Vitamin C.

Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect, meaning it offers effective protection against harmful environmental influences such as UV radiation, air pollution, etc.
Additionally, it helps to neutralize free radicals that arise from oxidative stress. The anti-aging effect of Vitamin C is also convincing: it reduces lines and wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones.
In cosmetics, Vitamin C is used because it can stimulate connective tissue metabolism and collagen production. Collagen is a protein responsible for the skin's firmness and elasticity. The active ingredient Vitamin C inhibits the breakdown of collagen and promotes the regeneration of connective tissue. Additionally, it has been proven to increase the production of ceramides in the epidermis and strengthen the protective barrier. Vitamin C can bring significant improvements to inflamed and blemished skin and provide a visibly radiant glow, elasticity, and firmness.
Furthermore, Vitamin C inhibits the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, which is involved in melanin production. By inhibiting melanin production, an uneven skin tone is balanced, spots and discolorations (such as red marks after blemishes, superficial pigmentation) are gently lightened, and the pore appearance is generally refined.
The results are impressive: Beautiful, even skin that looks younger for longer!
Vitamin C is included in our Advanced Antioxidant Serum. It can be applied morning and evening or as a treatment after cleansing, under your usual skincare routine:
